LEGAL NOTICE
1. Responsibilities

The company reserves the right to make changes to prices and the products and services offered at any time.

The company acknowledges and agrees that the member will be able to benefit from the services covered by this contract, except in cases of technical malfunctions.
1.c
The user agrees not to reverse engineer the site or engage in any other action aimed at discovering or obtaining its source code, and will be held responsible for any damages incurred otherwise, including to third parties.
1.d
The user agrees not to violate general morals, etiquette, or laws in their activities within the site. Otherwise, the user is responsible for any resulting damages, and the site administration reserves the right to suspend or close such accounts and initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
1.e
The relationships between site members and each other or third parties are entirely their own responsibility.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1
All intellectual property rights on the site belong to the site operator and owner company and are protected under national and international law. Visiting the site does not grant the user any rights over these rights.
2.2
The content on this site may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used on another website without permission.
3. Confidential Information
3.1
The company will not share users' personal information with third parties. This information includes username, address, email address, and phone number.
3.2
The user acknowledges that the company may share their contact information with its affiliates for promotional and marketing purposes.

The Company may disclose user information to official authorities if duly requested by them.
4. No Warranty
The company offers no guarantees on the services it provides. Services are provided "as is".
5. Registration and Security
The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. Password and account security is the user's responsibility. The user is obligated to protect their password; otherwise, they cannot be held liable for any resulting damages.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, etc.), the obligations of the parties are suspended.
7. Integrity and Enforceability of the Agreement
If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
8. Amendments to the Contract
The company reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time. Amendments will become effective on the date of publication.
9. Notification
All notifications to the parties will be sent to the email addresses they have provided.
10. Evidence Agreement
In disputes arising between the parties, company ledgers and computer records shall constitute evidence.
11. Dispute Resolution
The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
